Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

The Inside Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. You will focus on identifying and qualifying leads, handling outbound and inbound calls, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and manage leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls, prepare and deliver product presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to support campaigns and address client requirements.
• Support customer retention by ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.

Required profile

• Strong inside‑sales and lead‑generation experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in software or IT solutions is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
