Sales Executive – Broker Relations

About the role

Fidelity is looking for motivated Sales Executives to expand its broker network and drive growth in the life insurance market. The role focuses on building strong relationships with insurance brokers and corporate clients to increase product penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with established insurance brokers to identify cross‑selling opportunities and expand life insurance product offerings.
• Generate new business leads and grow the life insurance portfolio.
• Promote corporate pension plans and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to achieve sales objectives.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and presentation.
