About the role
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work part‑time on‑site in Beirut, engaging customers in‑store, presenting product features and supporting sales targets through personalized recommendations and attentive service. The role also involves assisting with merchandising, implementing marketing campaigns and promoting the brand’s values across in‑store displays and local channels.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers in‑store, answer inquiries and gather feedback.
- Support sales targets by offering personalized product recommendations.
- Assist with visual merchandising and set‑up of in‑store displays.
- Implement local marketing campaigns and promote brand values.
- Maintain accurate sales records and contribute ideas to improve customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales and basic reporting abilities.
- Interest in fashion, sustainability and ethical brands.
- Reliability, interpersonal skills and flexibility for part‑time shifts.
- Experience in retail, fashion or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
