Insurance Advisor – Client‑Facing Sales Role

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Advisor to join a leading multinational insurance organization. This client‑facing sales and advisory position helps individuals and families identify their financial protection needs and select suitable life insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify clients' financial protection and long‑term planning needs.
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions and explain product features and benefits.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing service and policy follow‑up.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting and achieving performance objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Results‑oriented mindset and interest in a long‑term career in financial services.
• Official Bac II certificate required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
