About the role
E2C International is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to work remotely as an independent contractor. You will focus on qualifying and converting enterprise opportunities, engaging prospects across the United States time zones, and feeding qualified leads to senior executives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls with inbound and outbound prospects.
- Qualify opportunities using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Convert meetings into qualified opportunities for executive engagement.
- Identify and articulate the business and financial impact of the solution.
- Handle objections and advance deals through the early‑stage pipeline.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Account Executive roles.
- Proven track record selling to CIO, CFO, or enterprise IT decision‑makers.
- Experience with enterprise deals ranging from $50K to $250K+.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
