About the role
The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and present suitable insurance solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Beirut and focuses on driving business growth through strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and track performance metrics.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and contribute to process improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in agency or service‑based environments.
- Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

- Customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Basic sales reporting and analytics.
