About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Lebanon. The role bridges technical expertise and commercial acumen, helping clients understand how our SaaS solutions can address their business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Answer technical questions and support solution design throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment.
Required profile
- Lebanese professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, software solutions, technical sales or pre‑sales.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
