Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. You will engage both prospective and existing clients, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable life and protection insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess protection needs.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and eligibility.
• Prepare tailored insurance proposals and follow up through the decision‑making process.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with the broader team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer satisfaction and service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with basic knowledge of life and protection insurance products.
• Experience in sales or financial services environments is beneficial.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or customer‑facing sales roles is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or related field is advantageous.
• BACC II is mandatory; a personal vehicle is required.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and manage time effectively.
