Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will build strong relationships with customers, deliver excellent after‑sales service, and drive store revenue. You will use deep product knowledge and proven sales techniques to ensure customers receive personalized assistance and a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, locate products, and clearly explain features and benefits.
• Process cash and card payments accurately, resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain store image, merchandising, layout, and equipment according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Operations or Store Manager to resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Achieve sales targets using various selling techniques.
• Report stock replenishment needs and help prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, store cleaning, administrative duties, price changes, and physical inventories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to operate a cash register.
• Strong team spirit and work ethic.
