Sales Associate – Furniture Showroom

About the role

AIHOM-ISTIKBAL is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its showroom team in Mecharafieh. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through product selections and ensuring a high‑standard shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
• Present, promote, and sell furniture and décor items using solid arguments tailored to each client.
• Maintain showroom standards, complete daily checklists, and implement visual merchandising displays as directed.
• Handle inventory tasks, including seasonal counts, pricing, and ordering missing items.
• Measure, suggest, and discuss furniture dimensions, styles, fabrics, and finishes with customers.
• Coordinate deliveries, inspect items before hand‑over, and ensure smooth customer hand‑off.

Required profile

• Background in interior design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build immediate credibility.
• Excellent negotiation, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.

Required skills
