Sales Consultant - Insurance

About the role

Securite Assurance, one of Lebanon's oldest and largest insurance companies founded in 1955, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant in Sinn Al Fil. The consultant engages prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, presents suitable product options and provides tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients and prepare and explain quotations
• Handle policy inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups, manage renewals and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle to promote retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and track sales activities
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets

Required profile

• Previous experience in insurance or financial services sales is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English or French is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Sinn Al Fil and manage a client portfolio in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in sales consulting, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and comfort using CRM or sales support tools
