Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant will work full‑time in our Jal el Dib store, guiding customers through their in‑store experience. You will greet visitors, understand their needs and recommend suitable dresses for various occasions while ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fitting appointments and assist with try‑ons.
• Handle rental orders, returns and process payments.
• Maintain organized, visually appealing displays.
• Update inventory records and provide after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold service and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Solid organization abilities for appointments, inventory and order processing.
• Previous retail, fashion or showroom experience is highly beneficial.
• Interest in fashion trends and ability to advise clients on looks and fits.
• Reliability, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; additional languages a plus.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and peak event seasons.
