Sales Account Executive

About the role

KnowledgeCity is seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to generate new business across the MENA region. You will identify prospects, conduct outreach, and lead sales appointments that showcase our eLearning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential new clients within the MENA region through strategic outreach.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments to perform detailed walkthroughs of eLearning solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement.
• Develop persuasive pitches and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets, preferably in eLearning, tech or software.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
