Retention Manager – Forex & CFD (Lebanon)

About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Retention Manager to oversee the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to long‑term relationship management, within a regulated Forex and CFD brokerage. The role works closely with Customer Support, Trading Operations and Payments to remove friction, accelerate conversion and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with existing clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, identifying growth and upsell opportunities.
• Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase client lifetime value.
• Upsell relevant products and services based on client behaviour and preferences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
• Provide educational support to enhance clients' Forex, CFD and Crypto trading knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and BI systems and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FX and/or Crypto sales, conversion or retention.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFD and Crypto products and markets.
• Proven experience in a sales or premium client support environment.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
