Business Development Representative Intern

About the role

Vanguard Services is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company headquartered in Beirut, combining technology, AI-led workflows and a trained workforce to deliver customer support, lead generation, back-office solutions and recruitment services. As a Business Development Representative Intern, you will support the company's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The internship is based on-site in the Beirut Governorate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and assist with lead generation campaigns
• Support inside sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand client needs, prepare introductory presentations and schedule meetings or demos with prospective clients
• Research target markets, contribute to outreach messaging and take part in internal meetings to refine business development strategies

Required profile

• Interest in BPO services, technology-enabled operations or AI-driven workflows
• Prior coursework or experience in business, marketing or a related field is beneficial
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Beirut Governorate and collaborate in a team-based environment
