About the role

We are a premium detailing company serving high‑end clients in the auto, marine, and aircraft sectors. We are seeking a driven Remote Sales Specialist who can turn conversations into revenue by handling inbound opportunities, guiding prospects, and closing both subscription memberships and high‑ticket detailing packages.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads.
• Convert inquiries into booked jobs, memberships, and premium packages.
• Sell and upsell recurring subscription detailing plans.
• Present and close high‑ticket services across auto, marine, and aircraft markets.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up to maximize conversion rates.
• Own and manage the lead pipeline with zero drop‑off, tracking conversations, follow‑ups, and deal stages.
• Identify opportunities to increase average ticket value and lifetime client value.
• Deliver a premium, consultative experience from first touch to close, handling objections confidently.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: 7 am–7 pm EST, Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday.
• 5% commission on all sales plus performance‑based bonuses for memberships and high‑ticket closes.
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
