About the role
The Recruitment Specialist will support the full scope of Human Resources functions and act as a strategic partner to the organization. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices to strengthen the company’s talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives.
- Plan, implement, and assess HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and deliver training for managers and employees.
- Maintain HR data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven ability to enhance recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and staff.
- Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
