Personnel Manager

About the role

The Personnel Manager will lead payroll operations and staff services for Transmed and its sister companies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with corporate compensation policies. This role combines team leadership, payroll administration, rewards management, and employee relations to support efficient HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and staff the Personnel team, providing training, coaching, and career development.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, including leaves, loans, advances, and attendance, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
• Prepare income tax and MOL reports, payroll budgets, and related financial charges.
• Process journal vouchers for salaries, social security contributions, allowances, and other payroll items, reconciling balances with the General Ledger.
• Administer compensation structures, benefits, and incentive schemes, ensuring data accuracy in the payroll system.
• Handle employee services such as exit clearances, certificate issuance, and loan processing with proper documentation.
• Produce payroll, compensation, and HR KPI reports to support decision‑making.
• Provide guidance on personnel practices, labor law, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Coordinate life and medical insurance plans with providers, managing claims and billing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and tax regulations.
• Ability to lead and develop a HR team.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
