About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will act as a trusted partner to the organization, supporting the full spectrum of HR activities and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive people performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement and evaluate HR policies, programs and practices to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with managers to deliver strategic HR initiatives and provide guidance on employee relations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while continuously improving talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs for managers and staff to enhance skills and compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources.
- Proven ability to develop and refine talent acquisition processes.
- Demonstrated experience in training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
