About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Beirut supports the company’s procurement activities. The Purchasing Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, from preparing purchase orders to evaluating vendor quotations.
Key responsibilities
- Source and select materials and services required for projects.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Prepare, issue and track purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock information.
- Continuously improve procurement procedures to meet project requirements and company objectives.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Fluent in French.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess vendor offers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with the construction or mechanical‑electrical systems sector is a plus.

- Proficiency with procurement software and related tools.
