About the role
The company is looking for a Procurement Coordinator / Assistant to support its procurement function at the Verdun office in Beirut. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in purchase order processing, supplier coordination and inventory support under close supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Process and issue purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues.
- Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimal experience or internships in procurement or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Valid motorcycle license and access to a motorcycle.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with procurement software (advantageous).
