Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our fast‑moving operations team in Ghazir. The role involves managing the flow of goods between warehouses, carriers, and customers while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouses and carriers.
• Schedule parcel, LTL, and FTL freight pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with 3PL warehouses regarding receiving and outbound orders.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Prepare shipping documentation and logistics reports.
• Follow up on delays, shortages, and delivery issues.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven capacity to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Excel and logistics systems.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience with parcel, LTL/FTL shipments and 3PL warehouses is advantageous.
