About the role
Local Host, a leading proptech company, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead one of its flagship serviced residences. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and overall performance of the property.
- Manage and develop on‑site hospitality, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality guest experiences.
- Drive occupancy, revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain standards across all units, amenities, and common areas.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and property partners.
- Own guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hospitality or serviced‑residence management.
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Hands‑on, accountable, and highly organized.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Reliable commute to the property.
