Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position at Crepaway, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑of‑house staff, organise shifts and monitor performance.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, promoting customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, manage inventory‑related requests and ensure food safety standards.
• Assist with training, coaching and motivating the team to uphold brand values.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills with experience in shift management and performance monitoring.
• Excellent customer service abilities, able to resolve issues and maintain a positive dining experience.
• Clear interpersonal communication skills for coordination between front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.
• Basic food & beverage knowledge, including menu items, food safety and service standards.
• Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality Management or related diploma/degree is an advantage.
