About the role
The Group Head Barista will assess and elevate our coffee offering across the entire GMRL portfolio, setting standards and driving excellence in coffee preparation and service.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and improve current coffee offering and standards.
- Develop and implement barista training across the group.
- Create and optimise coffee and beverage menus.
- Support coffee blend development and selection.
- Establish group‑wide coffee preparation and quality standards.
- Coach and develop barista teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in F&B, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a related field.
