Business Operations & Performance Executive

About the role

Cuisine d’Amour is seeking a smart, dynamic, and results‑driven Business Operations & Performance Executive to support its growing operations across Lebanon and Dubai. The role provides direct exposure to senior management and involves contributing to business growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, business KPIs, and operational efficiency across Lebanon and Dubai.
• Coordinate with business partners, attend meetings, and ensure timely follow‑up on action plans.
• Conduct regular visits to retail and production facilities to monitor quality, service standards, and operational performance.
• Identify business challenges, evaluate opportunities, and propose practical, results‑oriented solutions.
• Support commercial initiatives, marketing activities, and business development efforts.
• Prepare concise performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, F&B, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with digital business tools.
