Production Maintenance Technician – Brazzaville, Congo

About the role

The Production Maintenance Technician will work on‑site in Brazzaville, supporting Codimex Group’s industrial operations. The role focuses on maintaining production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and related systems.
• Conduct inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and execute repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Escalate complex technical problems and support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives while adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory).
• Experience in food and beverage production environments.
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams, handling on‑site shifts and urgent maintenance needs.
• Willingness to adapt to a multicultural, multilingual workplace.
