Product Specialist / Medical Representative – Vascular & Laparoscopic Surgery

About the role

As a Product Specialist / Medical Representative you will serve the Vascular and Laparoscopic surgery specialties, using your clinical knowledge to demonstrate product value to end‑users. You will build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients while striving to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily tasks with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the product lines.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
• Promote teamwork and a collaborative mindset across the organization.
• Achieve product sales quota and support initiatives that ensure product profitability.
• Assist doctors in the operating theatre using company products.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and contribute to portfolio enhancements.

Required profile

• University education in Business, Bio‑Medical, Nursing or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of relevant sales experience with proven achievements.
• Autonomous, self‑starter with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• High professional and ethical standards.
• Problem‑solver and forward thinker.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Ability to operate effectively in the operating theatre and assist surgeons.
