Product Specialist – Matn & Kesserwan Region

About the role
The Product Specialist will develop and maintain sales relationships with end‑users in the health sector across the Matn and Kesserwan regions, supporting product launches and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Build and enhance sales relationships with end users in the health sector.
- Conduct market research, analyse trends and identify revenue opportunities.
- Maintain product knowledge, develop pricing and profitability strategies, and recommend improvements.
- Provide product information, demonstrations and support for new product launches.
- Record activity details in a CRM system and report any irregularities.
Required profile
- BA degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related medical field.
- 1‑2 years of sales experience in the medical field.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with effective negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project and task management tools.
- Experience using CRM systems.
