Product Lead – Digital Platforms

About the role

Related is seeking a Product Lead – Digital Platforms to own the vision and roadmap of its customer‑facing loyalty and rewards mobile application. The role will drive strategy, development, and growth of the platform, turning it into a multi‑service digital ecosystem that engages millions of users across the GCC and Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for the standalone mobile application.
• Gather customer insights and business requirements to prioritize features.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements for technology teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and external vendors throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead feature releases, product launches, and continuous optimisation.
• Drive improvements in customer experience using analytics and user feedback.
• Own day‑to‑day performance of the loyalty program and monitor key KPIs such as member growth, active users, engagement and revenue.
• Design and execute initiatives to increase member acquisition, retention, engagement and revenue generation.
• Plan and manage customer‑engagement campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Technology, Digital and Commercial teams.
• Analyse customer behaviour, identify optimisation opportunities and prepare performance reports for executives.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, develop merchant and brand partnerships, and evaluate monetisation models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and manage relationships with external vendors and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead an established loyalty and rewards platform.
• Experience defining product roadmaps for mobile applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPI‑driven performance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Technology, Digital, Commercial and Finance teams.
