Application Development & Delivery Lead

About the role

The Application Development & Delivery Lead provides technical leadership for application development and delivery, ensuring software quality, governance and timely execution of projects while supporting business and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and enforce software development standards, architecture principles and coding best practices.
• Lead planning, execution and delivery of application development projects, ensuring on‑time, in‑scope and quality outcomes.
• Establish and maintain SDLC, release and change management processes, driving code reviews, testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with business units, vendors and technology partners to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of software development experience and at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven background with ERP solutions, enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree and Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• ASP.NET / .NET Framework / .NET Core / C# development.
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related AI services.
• SQL Server development, database design and performance tuning.
• API design, micro‑services architecture and systems integration.
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and source control (Git/GitHub).
• Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC governance and application security.
