About the role

We are seeking a Procurement & Purchasing Specialist to lead sourcing, supplier negotiations and end‑to‑end logistics for our operations in Lebanon. The role ensures timely delivery, cost control and full compliance with import/export regulations while supporting inventory planning.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing, purchasing and supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms.
  • Coordinate international shipping, customs clearance and final deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock planning activities.
  • Prepare regular procurement and logistics performance reports.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
