About the role
The Fleet, Facility and Procurement Coordinator supports daily operations across vehicle fleet management, procurement activities, and facility upkeep. This role ensures smooth coordination between drivers, suppliers, and service providers while maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and coordinate dispatching.
- Maintain physical and digital files for vehicle registration, insurance, and service records.
- Collect and compare supplier quotations, prepare purchase requests and orders, and monitor deliveries.
- Archive supplier invoices and contracts, update inventory, and report low‑stock items.
- Monitor cleaning schedules, minor maintenance needs, and supply levels for office and kitchen areas.
- Report facility issues and coordinate with technicians or vendors for timely resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
