Procurement Analyst – Mid‑Management

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Procurement Analyst to join our Beirut team in a mid‑management capacity. The role combines strategic sourcing, analytics and supply‑chain coordination to turn complex data into actionable procurement decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise vendor portfolios, lead contract negotiations and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse and report on procurement metrics, spend analysis and market trends to support executive decisions.
• Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to streamline product movement, reduce lead times and ensure continuity of supply.
• Identify potential supply‑chain disruptions and develop robust risk‑mitigation plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven contract‑management abilities, commercial acumen and strong stakeholder‑management track record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced data‑analysis and visualisation using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
