About the role
Division50 is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to focus on the UAE and GCC markets. The role is remote and part‑time, concentrating on generating qualified leads for IoT and ERP solutions and setting up appointments with senior decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across the GCC region through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and hand off high‑quality opportunities to the sales team.
- Research target industries and companies to craft tailored outreach strategies.
- Build strong relationships with prospects using a consultative approach.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales development, especially in the GCC market.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and objection‑handling skills with senior‑level executives.
- Self‑driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with GCC business culture and sales cycles.
