Outdoor Sales Representative – Perfume

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative will promote Scento d’Italia’s perfume range directly to customers in outdoor and field settings. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Sidoun and focuses on engaging shoppers, demonstrating products, and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Approach potential customers in outdoor locations and present the fragrance collection.
• Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and support sales transactions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and maintain a professional brand presence.
• Collect customer feedback to improve the experience.
• Build relationships with local partners and monitor inventory at points of sale.
• Ensure displays and promotional materials comply with brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer engagement and persuasive communication abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Basic retail operations knowledge, including cash or electronic payment handling and stock monitoring.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work with sales targets.
• Previous field‑sales, retail or fragrance experience is an advantage but not required.
• Full‑time availability on‑site in Sidoun with flexibility for weekends or peak periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or marketing training is a plus.
