Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, selling cutting‑edge technology solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and qualify prospects for high‑quality sales meetings.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries and offers.
• Handle objections, unexpected questions and changing conversations confidently without heavy reliance on scripts.
• Accurately record call outcomes, prospect information and booked meetings in the provided systems.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other SDRs to meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, patience and persistence to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and able to maintain consistent cold‑calling activity for several hours per day.
• Coachable mindset with the ability to absorb feedback and improve rapidly.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM onsite at Beirut Digital District.
