Senior Fashion Sales

About the role

Designer-24 is seeking a Senior Fashion Sales professional to work on‑site in its Beirut showroom. You will guide clients through the rental experience, offering personalized styling advice that aligns with current trends and the brand’s luxury standards. The role combines direct sales, client relationship management, and mentorship of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to checkout, ensuring a premium in‑store experience.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, handling fittings, returns, and follow‑up communications.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets, preparing performance reports for management.
• Provide feedback to improve merchandising, visual presentation, and the overall customer journey.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff, reinforcing best practices in customer service and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑centric focus.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue and conversion goals in fashion or luxury retail.
• Experience coaching and developing sales teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak retail periods.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic digital tools for reporting and inventory management.
• Familiarity with fashion‑tech or shared‑economy platforms (advantageous).
