Shop Manager – Luxury Bridal & Eveningwear Boutique

About the role

The Shop Manager leads all operations of Esposa Group’s bridal and eveningwear boutique, ensuring an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and overseeing financial, inventory, and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a client‑first culture, personally handling VIP consultations and fittings.
• Supervise digital communications, online inquiries and coordinate with the Floor Coordinator.
• Approve custom gown orders, guide couture support and ensure brand standards.
• Set and monitor sales targets, manage budgets, analyse performance reports and implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, train and develop boutique staff, create schedules and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate inventory, conduct quarterly counts and oversee visual merchandising and tailoring operations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of bridal fashion, couture standards and client styling.
• Operational acumen in budgeting, reporting and inventory management.
• Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays and peak bridal seasons.
