Senior Digital Planner

About the role

Mediaplus Middle East is looking for a Senior Digital Planner to lead data-driven, full-funnel digital media strategies that align with client business objectives and KPIs. The role translates insights into actionable media plans, guides execution and ensures campaigns deliver measurable impact across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel digital media strategies across performance and brand channels, aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Turn audience insights, data and market intelligence into media plans across search, social, programmatic, video and other platforms.
• Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, giving proactive recommendations, performance analysis and optimization guidance.
• Collaborate with creative, data, media buying, tech and account management teams.
• Oversee campaign execution, pacing and optimization to meet KPIs.
• Analyze performance data to refine media approaches and improve ROI.
• Support forecasting, budget allocation and scenario planning.
• Mentor junior planners and executives.
• Stay ahead of trends such as attribution models, automation, AI-driven media buying and privacy regulations, and recommend new tools and channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; Master's or MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in digital media planning, strategy or performance marketing; agency experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of media metrics such as CPM, CPA and ROAS.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, including data-driven presentations and dashboards.
