Marketing Communications Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will develop and execute communication strategies that support BLK Partners' business objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Beirut and involves creating a wide range of marketing materials while supporting the firm’s presence at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create content for brochures, press releases, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Maintain and update content on the firm’s website and LinkedIn page.
• Draft proposals, presentations, and submit required forms for legal directories.
• Research industry events, identify participation opportunities, and support firm involvement.
• Organise and coordinate events hosted by the firm.
• Perform additional assignments and duties as directed.

• Motivated, proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast‑paced professional services environment.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong internet research abilities.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
