Brand Manager – Pharmaceutical Marketing

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of the annual brand marketing plan for Amgen’s portfolio. The role will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, financial targets and regulatory governance while driving customer engagement across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve financial targets for the Amgen portfolio.
- Develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan in line with business priorities.
- Manage all marketing communication channels, agencies, media and internal communications.
- Oversee advertising and promotion activities, ensuring proper phasing and compliance.
- Coordinate creation, customization, coding and tracking of promotional materials.
- Support customer engagement and advocacy initiatives together with Medical Affairs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders in public and private sectors.
- Collaborate with Field Managers to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Gather competitive intelligence and keep the team updated.
- Ensure proper briefing, upskilling and support for healthcare professionals before promotional events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry or a related field (Marketing degree a plus).
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in marketing.
- Experience launching new pharmaceutical products is advantageous.
