Assistant Manager – Growth PR & Media

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Growth initiatives within its Business Management & Enablement (BME) PR & Media team across the Middle East. The role focuses on enhancing Deloitte’s public image and media presence through strategic communication, partnership with agencies, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and media strategies aligned with Deloitte’s business objectives in the Middle East.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and international media outlets and journalists.
• Collaborate with PR & Media agencies to plan and execute campaigns supporting Deloitte’s thought‑leadership positioning.
• Draft, review and edit press releases, media commentaries and other communication materials.
• Coordinate media interviews, speaking engagements and other media opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of media events, press conferences and public relations activities.
• Work closely with marketing, digital and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Proactive communicator with strong media networks across the Middle East.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external teams.
• Experience in managing PR and media projects or campaigns.
