Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will coordinate daily delivery schedules, work closely with drivers, transportation partners, warehouse staff, and sales teams to ensure timely and safe deliveries across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules based on approved sales orders.
• Collaborate with drivers, transportation companies, warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Prepare and monitor loading and delivery activities, ensuring products are handled without damage.
• Track delivery delays, returns, damages, and customer issues, reporting them to the Logistics Manager.
• Collect and verify delivery orders, returns, and logistics documents; validate transportation invoices for approval.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and monitor vehicle/forklift condition, reporting maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, PPE, and safety procedures during loading/unloading.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide operational updates to management.
• Support initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

Required profile

• BS degree; logistics or supply chain background is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• High sense of responsibility, discipline, and customer orientation.
• Good knowledge of Lebanese cities and areas.
• Awareness of safety and EHS requirements.
