About the role
Join Radisson Hotel Group’s Finance Team as a Junior Cost Controller, supporting cost monitoring and analysis for projects and operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze project or operational costs.
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders.
- Implement cost control procedures and policies.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency with financial and project management software.
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Relevant experience or certification in cost management or financial control.
