About the role
The Cars Showroom Sales Consultant works full‑time on‑site in Beirut, engaging prospective customers, identifying their vehicle needs and presenting suitable car options.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through test drives and explain financing and insurance options.
- Prepare sales proposals, complete sales documentation and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about automotive market trends, inventory updates and dealership promotions to meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑facing capabilities with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse customers.
- Experience in automotive sales or similar sales roles, with a proven ability to meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
- Comfort using basic computer and office applications.
