Educational Representative (French)

About the role

The Educational Representative (French) will promote and sell our educational products and services to schools, colleges, language centres and other institutions across Lebanon. The role focuses on expanding market penetration, building a strong pipeline of prospects and delivering tailored solutions that meet the curriculum and teaching needs of each client.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential and existing customers in the education sector.
• Generate leads, build a sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with managers on marketing, product development and support initiatives.
• Gather and maintain accurate market data.
• Travel across the Lebanese territory to visit clients and educational sites regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in French Literature, Education, Management or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle stress.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
