Deputy Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, results‑driven Deputy Branch Manager to support the daily academic and administrative operations of a CIS College branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is essential for delivering high‑quality, career‑focused education and ensuring smooth campus functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead student and parent orientation sessions, clearly communicating academic expectations and institutional policies.
• Collaborate with the Registration Department on student enrollment, tuition, and payment plans.
• Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs to monitor teaching quality, attendance, and the overall learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic regulations, and operational procedures.
• Supervise academic staff administration, including attendance tracking, leave management, salary coordination, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor tuition fee collection and work with relevant departments to achieve collection targets.
• Address academic, behavioral, and student‑related concerns in coordination with the academic team.
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving operational, academic, and financial objectives.
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and staff collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably within the education sector or banking.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and operations.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with academic administration, student affairs, or educational management is a strong asset.
