Teacher – Structured Learning & STEM (Open to New Graduates)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative teacher to join our new education centre. The role welcomes both experienced educators and recent graduates to deliver structured, step‑by‑step learning in math, literacy and STEM subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different age groups.
• Teach using a structured, self‑paced approach that builds mastery of fundamental skills.
• Create an interactive, supportive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
• Encourage problem‑solving, critical thinking and independent learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Develop hands‑on activities and projects, especially in STEM‑related areas.
• Help students build confidence in gradual skill development.
• Maintain a well‑organized and safe learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (required); higher degrees welcomed.
• Experience teaching children preferred, but new graduates with passion are encouraged.
• Familiarity with structured, self‑paced learning approaches.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Passion for making learning fun and effective.
• Ability to adapt lessons to different ages and learning styles.
• Interest or experience in STEM education, robotics, coding or hands‑on projects is a plus.
