Deputy Branch Manager

About the role

CIS Group is seeking a dynamic Deputy Branch Manager to support the daily academic and administrative operations of one of its CIS College branches. This senior position is ideal for a leader passionate about education, student success, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead orientation sessions for students and parents, clearly communicating academic expectations and institutional policies.
• Coordinate with the Registration Department on enrollment, tuition, and payment plans.
• Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs to monitor teaching quality, attendance, and learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic regulations, and operational procedures.
• Supervise academic staff administration, including attendance, leave, salary coordination, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor tuition fee collection and collaborate with relevant departments to meet collection targets.
• Address academic, behavioral, and student‑related concerns in partnership with the academic team.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving operational, academic, and financial objectives.
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and staff collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in the education or banking sector.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
